No. This is a rewards program based on completed rentals or qualifying spend, not a paid monthly membership.

How do I qualify for each level?

Bronze starts after 10 rentals or $1,500 total spend. Silver, Gold, and Platinum unlock through additional rentals or additional spend after the previous level.

When is my discount applied?

Your approved level is reviewed by the PintoGo team and applied to future eligible rentals after admin verification.

Which vehicles does the program cover?

The program can cover PintoGo vehicle classes including sedans, SUVs, premium XL vehicles, and minivans, based on current availability and reservation eligibility.

Can rewards combine with other promotions?

Rewards include access to special offers. Promo combinations and final eligibility must be confirmed directly by the PintoGo team.
