4. Reservations and Payments

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before rental start time may qualify for partial refunds. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable.

Renters agree to operate vehicles responsibly and lawfully. Vehicles cannot be used for racing, towing, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any damage resulting from misuse will be the renter’s full responsibility.

7. Liability and Insurance

All vehicles carry insurance as required by law. However, renters are responsible for deductibles, fines, and damages not covered by the policy. PinToGoCorp is not liable for indirect losses or incidents beyond its control.
